General provisions
These terms govern the provision of 3D printing services and related services (modeling, post-processing, fulfillment) by Global Forge Sp. z o.o. (operator of the 3D3Druk.PL brand)
Definitions
Provider — Global Forge Sp. z o.o. (operator of the 3D3Druk.PL brand) Client — natural person, legal entity or organizational unit ordering a service. Order — accepted commission specifying scope, deadline and remuneration.
Order procedure and quoting
The Client submits the 3D file with description through the quote form. The Provider returns a quote and timeline within 24 business hours. Acceptance of the quote constitutes the conclusion of the contract.
Payments
A pro-forma invoice is issued upon quote acceptance. For orders above PLN 1,000 — 50% deposit, balance before shipping. Regular B2B clients — invoicing with deferred payment terms (to be agreed).
Performance and deadlines
The deadline runs from the deposit being credited. The Provider notifies of any delays in advance. Standard delivery time: 2–7 business days for single orders.
Complaints and returns
Complaints must be filed within 14 days of receiving the parcel. Required: defect description, photos, order number. Resolution: up to 14 business days. Personalized prints are not subject to return per Art. 38 of the Consumer Rights Act.
Copyright
The Client warrants ownership of rights to the supplied files. The Provider does not process or use files outside of order fulfillment. NDA — on request, no extra cost.
Limitation of liability
The Provider is not liable for errors in source files supplied by the Client. Technology advisory is recommendatory — the final production decision rests with the Client.
