Frequently asked questions
01How long does quoting take?
Standard: up to 24 business hours. Just send a file (.STL / .OBJ / .3MF / .STEP) and a short description — material, color, quantity. If we need more info to estimate, we'll ask before quoting.
02What files do you accept?
.STL, .OBJ, .3MF, .STEP / .STP. Max 100 MB per file. If you have something unusual (Blender, Fusion, Solidworks native) — drop us a line, we handle 90% of those.
03What's the minimum order?
None. We print single units for individuals and runs of 10,000 for brands. Per-unit price drops with volume.
04Resin or filament — which one?
Short version: resin (SLA / MSLA) when detail and smoothness matter (figurines, jewelry, micro-mechanics). Filament (FDM / FFF) when the part needs to be strong or large. Not sure? Send a message, we'll advise for free.
05How long is production?
Single jobs: 2–7 business days. Runs of 100–1,000 units: 5–14 days. Larger volumes — agreed in the B2B brief. Shipping date is confirmed with the quote.
06Do you ship internationally?
Yes — Europe, USA, Australia. We use DHL / DPD / UPS. Outside EU: 3–7 business days. Duties and import taxes — on the recipient.
07Will you sign an NDA?
Yes, on request, no extra cost. Just ask in the email or quote form — we'll send a template that both parties sign.
08How does 3D fulfillment work?
We print → finish → pack in your boxes with your flyers → ship directly to your end customer. We integrate with your shop (Shopify, WooCommerce, custom API). Your customer never knows it's us.
09Can I visit the farm?
Yes — for B2B clients, we schedule a visit after the initial briefing. You see the whole process, printers, post-processing and packing. Easiest: write to b2b@3d3druk.pl.
09Can you print with my material?
Standard: we use our stock (~25 materials). If you want a specific non-standard filament/resin — we'll source it or ship yours in. We only add the sourcing cost.
