Legal basis and purposes
Art. 6(1)(a–f) GDPR. Purposes: contract performance, legal obligations (accounting, tax), legitimate interest of the controller (business contact, claims), consent (marketing, newsletter).

IT service providers (hosting, mailing, CRM), accounting office, law firm, courier companies. All entities are bound by data processing agreements.
Transfers outside the EEA
Some IT services (e.g. analytics, hosting) may involve data transfers outside the European Economic Area. Each such transfer is based on the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
Your rights
