We process the data you provide via contact and quote forms: full name, email, phone, company details (if applicable), message content and files submitted for quoting.

We process data to: (1) reply to your inquiry and prepare a quote, (2) perform a contract you've entered into, (3) issue invoices and handle accounting, (4) handle complaints, (5) optionally market our own services — only on the basis of separate consent.

Data are retained for the duration of the contract and the limitation period for claims (typically 6 years from the end of the cooperation year per tax regulations). Correspondence without a contract — up to 12 months.
